In July 2026, representatives from KOMPENSATOR, Belarus, visited Gelan’s manufacturing facility in Jiangsu, China, for an on-site supplier audit and technical discussions on potential project cooperation.
The delegation included equipment acceptance and procurement specialists. The visit provided a direct review of Gelan’s engineering resources, manufacturing processes, quality management system, and project execution capabilities.
1. On-Site Review of Manufacturing and Quality Control
During the factory tour, the KOMPENSATOR team reviewed key production areas for pressure equipment, heat exchangers, and finned tubes.
The audit also covered material management and traceability, welding and non-destructive testing, heat treatment, inspection and testing facilities, and delivery management.
These reviews allowed the delegation to see how quality requirements are controlled throughout fabrication, from material receiving and production planning to final inspection and documentation.
2. Technical Discussions and Future Cooperation
Both teams discussed project specifications, quality documentation, inspection arrangements, and delivery coordination for potential international projects.
Gelan also introduced its approach to custom engineering and EPC project support, including coordination between engineering, manufacturing, quality control, and project delivery.
Following the audit, the KOMPENSATOR team shared positive feedback on Gelan’s manufacturing system, quality control procedures, and experience in pressure equipment fabrication.
The visit strengthened mutual understanding and established a practical basis for continued technical and commercial discussions between the two companies.
